We're looking for a UX/UI Designer.


In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for some of the products we work on. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on design challenges and has a passion for turning complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces. With us, you’ll collaborate with top-tier technologies, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver products that resonate with users. 

 

Your daily tasks on the job / You are responsible for

  • Designing and refining user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. 
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals. 
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and a cohesive user experience.
  • Collaborating with other teams of engineers, developers, and architects across various projects and stages in the project lifecycle.
  • Iterating on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve user satisfaction. 
  • Maintaining design systems and ensuring that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. 

 

Must have technical skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with creating responsive designs and an understanding of web and mobile design principles.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design processes, from user research to creating personas and journey maps.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining design systems and UI libraries.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design choices to non-designers.
  • Experience working in an agile, international environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user satisfaction.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with accessibility standards and ensuring inclusive design practices. 

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand implementation.

Other skills:

  • Very good knowledge of the German language, including speaking, writing, and communication at a minimum B2 level. Independent user.
